Your end of year exam will make up 80% of your final end of year mark. The remaining 20% is made up from the best two essay responses you have written throughout the year.
Your exam will include questions on the following:
Comprehension
Parts of Speech & Punctuation
Poetry language features
Static Image terminology - Visual and Verbal
Film Terminology - Camera shots and angles, short answer questions
Formal Writing essay resonse
Literature essay response - Chose either novel, non-fiction, Shakespeare, film, short stories (x2), poetry (x2)
In preparation for examinations you should be revising your class notes and those being added to the wiki. You should ensure you are confident with language terminology and film techniques AND writing practise essay responses to hand in to your teacher for comment.
